An original design from my Asian Romance Collection, this hi-lo gown is made from a beautiful teal silk shantung. The bodice is lined in shocking pink silk charmeuse and is adorned with an embroidered Lotus flower on the neckline on the outside front. I was influenced by the Asian culture when I designed this collection. I wanted to take elements of style that are traditionally Asian and infuse them into my dress designs. Therefore, I used the Obi around the waist, and I intentionally made it very long for this particular dress. I wanted it to trail from the backside as it walked down the runway. I was lucky enough to have someone who knew how to tie an Obi for the fashion show! When lining the long train, I used a window pane fashion fabric for contrast that is only visible from the front. The Obi is made from the same window pane fabric. It's elegant, bright and pretty!
This dress is very easy to slip on and off with a side zipper located on the right side.
This dress is a size 4.
